2011

  • Employee count rose to 1800+
  • Assessed at CMMI L3 (V1.3)
  • Set up office in Plano, USA

2010

  • Received ISO 9001:2008 certification
  • Received ISO 27001:2005 certification
  • Certified HIPAA and SSAE 16 SOC II Type II compliance for our Healthcare practice
  • Set up office in Chennai, India
  • Expanded operations with 2 new facilities in HITEC City, Hyderabad, India.

2009

  • Ranked among the “50 Best Companies to Work for” in India, in a survey conducted by Great Place To Work Institute and The Economic Times
  • Ranked amongst the top 500 companies in the “Deloitte’s Technology Fast 500 Asia Pacific 2009” report (for the second time in a span of 3 years)

2008

  • Attained a base of 100+ active clients
  • Set up office in Dubai

2007

  • Recognized by NASSCOM as one of the Top 15 Exciting Emerging Companies to Work For in India (of the 1100 companies surveyed)

2006

  • Our clients increased to 50 in number
  • Consolidated all our operations within our facility in HITEC City.
  • Won the ‘Top IT SME Exporter’ award from Andhra Pradesh for 2006
  • Awarded the ‘Best Established Indian Company in the IT Sector’ award for the Year 2005-06
  • Acquired land in Pune (a Tier II City in India) – as a backup plan for our expansion. We have applied for more land within Hyderabad

2004 – 2005

  • Number of clients increased to 45. We acquired clients in the UK while rapidly growing our client base in India
  • Employee count rose to 800
  • Received ISO 9001:2000 certification in 2004
  • Won the Best Indian SME Award once again in 2005
  • Assessed at CMMI Level 4 in 2005
  • Took two more facilities having capacity of 300 people each in Hyderabad, India
  • Acquired land in HITEC City Phase 2 for a 175,000 square feet facility
  • Set up two offices in USA at Georgia and California in 2004
  • Set up office at Malaysia in 2005

2001 – 2003

  • Number of clients increased to 24
  • Employee count rose to 250. We were one of the few companies to continue recruitment even after the dot com bubble burst and the US 9/11
  • Won the Best Indian SME Award in 2003
  • Started KPO services through Customer & Technical Support and Market Research
  • Expanded our geographical footprint beyond the US with clients in Malaysia, Hong Kong and India
  • Shifted to a larger facility with 20,000 square feet of space and having a capacity of 300 people in Hyderabad, India

1998 – 2000

  • Number of clients increased to 7
  • Employee count rose to 90
  • Initiated and honed our business model of building extended teams for US-based product companies that wanted to leverage global delivery
  • In line with our desire to make ValueLabs an “extended family”, we initiated many facilities for our people, including free lunch, snacks and dinner. When we started this practice, it was pretty rare in India.
  • Moved to a larger facility with 100 people capacity in Hyderabad, India

1997

  • Commenced operations through software development and testing for a product company in the US (East Coast)
  • Started with 3 employees
  • Based out of a small apartment in Hyderabad, India
