ValueLabs Integrated Management SystemOur approach to quality stems from our vision to build world-class extended teams for our clients. This single minded focus to attain this vision has helped us build and fine-tune the Extended Team Model of engagement that consistently raises the bar in terms of performance, quality and innovation. We have implemented a system of processes that binds people and technology together, while making sure that we keep hold of our key differentiators. Our process system, also called ValueLabs Integrated Management System or VIMS is designed to address three key elements – Quality, Security and Compliance within our organization.
Process Excellence at ValueLabsVIMS has evolved out of our years of experience in executing projects of varying complexities in multiple engagement models. Our robust processes help us achieve objectives in a sustainable fashion, implement changes easily within projects, and enhance project quality. Process maturity aids in capturing client’s unique requirements, and the system provides flexibility, enabling us to align ourselves with client’s processes. Our unique model of operation involves a network of Quality Co-ordinators (QCos). QCos are project team members who take ownership of implementing processes in their respective projects, thereby helping the Process Management Group (PMG) align our processes with industry standards and best practices. QCos help ingrain processes within project operations to make us audit ready at any given time. We impart specific awareness sessions to employees, making them aware of the process system and the benefits thereof, in order to aid successful implementation of the defined processes in our projects.
