This is the third time ValueLabs has received the award from HYSEA. The company had earlier bagged the “Best Indian SME” award in 2003 and 2005. ValueLabs is also the recipient of the “Top SME Exporter of the Year” award for 2005-06 from HYSEA. CEO Arjun Rao commented on the achievement ”This award is a recognition and an honour to the teamwork and dedication of all the employees of ValueLabs. We have proven time and again what can be achieved with teamwork.”
Breaking away from the traditional approach of the CEO / Senior Management accepting the award, it was decided that the prestigious award will be received by one of ValueLabs’ 1400 employees. Pranav Maraganty was chosen in a lucky draw from the list of people that put forth their name and was then quickly attired for the occasion at the company’s expense. Pranav went on to receive the award, a memorable moment for him, from our honourable Chief Minister. This was our way of saluting the integral role played by each and every employee in our success.
