| Our Campus Recruitment Team, comprising of senior managers, visits various campuses to give pre-placement presentations and to carry out the selection process. For all our recruitments, we follow a scientific HR process with well-defined job descriptions and technical / aptitude / psychometric tests, followed by a rigorous induction program with continuous training, on and off the job. The new recruits go through an intensive 4-week induction program followed by 6 months of training on various technologies, conceptualized and put together by our Learning & Development team.
