We firmly believe that top-talent is available in every college. Our objective is to identify and acquire this top-talent, and groom them to create the Leaders of Tomorrow.

Our campus recruitment team, comprising of senior managers, visits various campuses to give pre-placement presentations and to carry out the selection process. For all our recruitments, we follow a strategic HR process with well-defined job descriptions and technical / aptitude / psychometric tests, followed by a rigorous induction program with continuous training, on and off the job. The new recruits go through an intensive induction program followed by 6 months of training on various technologies, conceptualized and put together by our learning and development team.

We sponsor technology events, seminars and campus festivals in various institutes. Our senior management regularly visits campuses for giving guest lectures and for knowledge sharing sessions.
