There are many soft human-oriented factors that are necessary for a remote relationship to be successful. Our clients (that have worked with many vendors around the Globe) have listed the following soft factors that set us apart: the extended team model, the partnership mindset, the passion in each and every person, the sense of ownership, the ability to take end-to-end responsibility and the focus on clients / employees as the only stakeholders to be satisfied. Though it is difficult to quantify these factors, their long term impact is quite evident from the following results that we have shown:

The ability to attract and retain talent is going to be the key success factor for any IT services company in India. We are happy to say that the above soft factors have given us an edge in this area too. A case in point is the referral based walk-in interview that was organized at ValueLabs (after a very long gap). No ads were released; information was passed out purely by word-of-mouth. The walk-in interviews were for people with experience of up to 1 year. We were expecting a few hundreds, but over 8,000 people turned up! Police and private security was called in to manage the crowd. We finally evaluated about 1600 people. No one had ever seen such a response before. This speaks extremely well for ValueLabs’ image in the City of Hyderabad.
