I am very proud to be a part of the ValueLabs Family, where challenges are a pleasant part of life. It feels great to have freedom, respect, a friendly culture, inspiration to innovate, and constant motivation to excel. I draw all inspiration from our CEO "Arjun" Sir and consider him as my Role Model.

Finally, to be appreciated and recognized by the organization is extremely satisfying. In simple words "A place to be @ work is where Value and Innovation co-exist" and that exactly is what ValueLabs has in store for everyone.

5 minutes through the induction program, the ease that we were put at was a welcome change to all the stories I had heard of joining a Corporate. The ease and sense of belonging that were instilled in that session have stayed unperturbed to this day when I have been a part of the ValueLabs family for more than two happy years.

Interactions with the top-brass have been many, informative and encouraging. An open world where the company’s growth plans mean the employees’ growth plans.

The work-desks are an extension of the employee rather than the employee an attachment of the work-desks.

The multi-faceted talents are all welcome to keep changing their roles to contribute more and learn more. A team-lead who sings, a team-mate who plays the guitar and a tech-writer who writes lyrics; it is usually a rock-band on weekends. It is usually a song working in the team here.
