The teams effectively end up becoming a one-stop-shop for all the outsourcing requirements of our clients. So, though we start with all our clients in a single service area, we rapidly expand the scope of the engagement to cover all our clients’ needs. |

| This need to be able to satisfy any requirement that a client comes up with has made it necessary for us to be extremely flexible in the manner in which we approach a task, to be able to quickly reconfigure and customize the processes that we have to fit an engagement, and to be able to think outside the box. These attributes have helped us handle, successfully, services ranging from software development / testing / maintenance, to customer support, technical support, marketing research, data quality checks and data center management. |

The ability to ensure that the total value of all the services we provide a client is greater than the sum of the individual services. In essence, each service area feeds into the others, thereby creating higher value for the client. For example, the team managing data centers can work closely with the development / testing teams at our end to fix problems faster; the QA team can train the customer support team as they know exactly what features are being changed in the upcoming release; the customer / technical support teams can identify common problems based on end-user interactions to alert the QA team; and so on |

The ability to leverage technology to the maximum, to improve efficiency and reduce costs, especially in the ‘process’ related services. In essence, we go beyond the commonly practiced “labor arbitrage” and focus as much on the “technology arbitrage” to bring in more cost efficiencies. |
