• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a directly related field plus five (5) years of sales experience. • Must have five (5) years of experience with the following (experience may be gained concurrently): • Building CXO relationships in US Insurance, ISV or fortune 500 organizations • Strategic thinking to merge customer business needs • Leading and coaching cross functional teams (sales, pre-sales, technical) for effective client relationships and maintain strategic accounts • Accountability for revenue growth and Client NPS • Flexibility to design solutions on need basis as per customer demand • Travel: Up to 50% domestic travel. • 40 hours/week, Monday – Friday. Responsibilities

• Design and execute GTM strategy for Value Labs offerings in US East coast territory
• Promote company products and services.
• Develop plans and strategies, including setting the customer profile, target market, AVG revenue size, etc.
• Monitor market and competitor activity. Manage detailed sales expectations and plan accordingly.
• Achieve quarterly set targets (NGS and Growth rate). Organize and maintain sales operations
• Manage sales budget. Take charge of recruiting and hiring sales staff.
• Motivate the sales team to achieve workplace goals. Develop sales training programs.
• Develop and maintain long term relationships with CXO level leaders at client organizations.
• Be part of MBR’s, QBR’s to understand client escalations, action items, and feedback.
• Improve customer satisfaction by anticipating consumer needs
• Identify where improvements can be made and develop success-driven plans.
• Acquire new customers and manage existing to outperform the NPS score set at organizational level
• Target fortune 500 and other mid-sized enterprises to sell product engineering services, including QA, Digital, BI &DWH, and Cloud transformation solutions.
• Quarterly targets of adding new customers that fit the organizational customer profile.
• Attend events/conferences to promote value labs as well conduct lead generation activities.
• Will work at various unanticipated locations throughout the US for long term projects.
