Bid Management – PreSales
• We are looking for Presales
• Minimum 3 years of prior experience in Bid Management / Presales role • Good understanding and experience in IT Services industry • Should be well versed with recent industry trends across key geographies UK, Australia, US, APAC, Europe, Middle East etc. • Should be capable of handling end-to-end Bid management process across various service lines and industries • Should have successfully managed medium to large size deals (Over USD 1 Mn) • Have good understanding of Application development, Testing, Managed Services etc. • Ability to understand customer requirement and collaborate with delivery team for conceptualizing / working on solutions • Ability to create customized value proposition for customers • Ability to translate client’s requirements into operational strategies and winning themes • Strong in preparing presentations / case studies / collaterals • Must have exceptional communication skills to articulate the solution in writing and verbally • Proven interpersonal skills and the ability to manage key stakeholders at all levels • Ability to be flexible, work well under unexpected situations and meet aggressive deadlines • Should have positive attitude of putting diligent effort as and when required • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially with MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel
• Experience in Bid Management / Presales • Experience in any of the domains / verticals like Healthcare, BFSI, Retail, Telecom etc., • Experience in any of the technologies likes Microsoft, Open source, Database, Analytics & BI, Big Data, Cloud, etc., • Excellent communication skills
