We are looking for Customer Support executive

Responsibilities
  • 16×5 support on weekdays (Monday – Friday)
  • Round-the-clock support (24×2) on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) Phone, Email and chat support (English only)
  • Creation / maintenance of the support documents
  • Translate the self-help documents from English to other languages (US English / Native French, Spanish, Hindi, Portuguese, German, Simplified Chinese, Italian, Japanese, Russian)
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills (English)
  • Should be flexible to work in any shift
  • Quick learner and adapt to the changes
  • Understand and grasp the product/application knowledge quickly and support
  • Should be able to drive independently
