Responsibilities
• Experienced ERP Analyst, 5+ years strong experience integrating the multitenant SaaS application with any of these ERP systems- Oracle NetSuite, Oracle Financials, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday
• Must have a strong background working as both technical & functional resource with a good understanding of ERP processes. • Meet with decision-makers, systems owners, and end-users to define business, financial, and operations requirements and systems goals, and identify and resolve systems issues.
• Lead design sessions in improving ERP usage to enhance business processes, operations, and information process flow.
• Serve as one of the systems administrators for the ERP system.
• Own the feature e2e covering solution, design, coding, testing, deployment, and production support holding the quality bar high within the stipulated timelines
• Capability to work efficiently in both roles as an Individual Contributor (IC) or as a Team player.
• Good team player - mentor, guide, and lead other developers & team members in building robust, highly resilient data processing pipelines.
• Update/coordinate system configuration changes to enable new processes.
• Collaborate in the planning, design, development, and deployment of changes and enhancements to the ERP systems.
• Prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, or alternatives that help address business needs from the ERP system.
• Envisioning the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements, and being able to define technologies, patterns, and frameworks to realize it.
• Determining and implementing design methodologies and toolsets
• Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new systems, and other post-implementation support.
• Discuss business requirements with the Business Process Owners and Key Users providing satisfying ERP system solutions to adhere to ERP standard solutions.
• Assist Team Manager by providing right ERP solutions (including any add-on) for various business requirements in the Record to Report business processes using standard ERP solutions and knowledge.
• Support change and release management processes for ERP applications (including any add-on).
• Possess good problem solving, resolution, and a high level of analytical skills
• Provide ERP orientation and training to end-users.
• Work with users to solve any issues in the ERP system.
• Experience in a discrete manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Demonstrated analytical, written, and oral communication skills.
