• L2 Support • Application support

• Monitor KOHO app and services • Act as a main point of contact when there i s a page/alert • Effectively and efficiently troubleshoot and diagnose incidents • Work cross functionally with the DevOps and engineering teams • Escalate and track critical incidents • Assist in incident management and problem management for applications in scope • Report on incidents, description and timeline • Recognize incidents, bug triages and creating Jira tickets • Assign severity and escalate those Jira tickets to the right tech team
• Resource need to have experience in Application support • Experience in monitoring mobile applications and services • RESTful APIs knowledge • Relational DB knowledge such as PostgreSQL • Knowledge in a programming language • Exposure in Troubleshooting issuesDefects • Own the training for the larger team of L2 Support Engineers • Documentation maintenance o Documentation on playbook for known incidents o Documentation on playbook for new types of incidents o Documentation of postmortem report • Status Reports
