• 1. 3+ years of experience in International business development for respective geography in an IT Services company is preferred • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with Prospects and cross-functional teams, for both technical and non-technical audiences • Solid knowledge and understanding of Database building and Cold calling. • Willingness to work in USA time zone (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST). • Competent with Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce.com • Prior experience in selling IT Services to USA prospects.

• Maintain a prospect pipeline • Work with Sales and marketing teams. • Generate Positives/Appointments thrpugh emails, Social Media interaction and cold calls • Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects. • Should be strong at rebottles. • Create strong relationships with prospects at both senior and mid-management levels • Must carry individual Lead Generation Target. • Understand the competitive landscape and market trends • Understand and effectively communicate the company's value prop, tech, process and current partnerships • Profiling and qualifying companies based on industries, geography, revenue, employee strength and vertical • Extensively knowledgeable in secondary research on companies and individual using different Market research tools like LinkedIn, Tech Crunch, Bloomberg etc.
