• Requires a Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Information Systems, Management, or a directly related field plus 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance • 5 years of experience in the following (experience may be gained concurrently): • Experience on AWS based systems to support On-prem to Cloud migration projects. • Experience in validating logs in Kibana. • Experience in pushing the messages to Kafka and validating the results • Experience in validating different API’s using Postman, Soap UI and, Swagger • Experience in preparing Azure Dashboards for different requirements, burn down charts, Test case progress reports. • Experience in API automation using Ready API tool and providing test strategy to the team. • Experience in Web, AWS automation using Python • Experience in validating the information and understanding different tables in AWS – Dynamo, and Aurora DB. • Providing technical guidance and managing the team. • Experience in analyzing the data through Tableau/ Spotfire and providing valuable insights to the team. • Travel: Travel to unanticipated client sites as assigned. • 40 hours/week, Monday – Friday. Responsibilities
• Work closely with Business clients to acquire and maintain a sound understanding of requirements, wireframes and assist with new business needs as they arise
• Work together with project managers, lead developers, and senior software developers to plan and execute projects
• Design detailed test plans to ensure risk and communication of QA testing effort
• Work with multiple stakeholders to monitor project from Initiation through production
• Work on validating AWS based systems to support On-prem to Cloud migration projects
• Execute tasks in AWS Cloud like setting up rules, executing Lambdas, verifying logs in Cloud watch, reading data from S3 and using it during log validations
• Perform Dynamo and Aurora (AWS) database validations by developing SQL scripts. Interpret results from data analysis derived using different modelling techniques to generate valuable insights
• Develop Python scripts to automate AWS validations. Work in Agile team, Creating Kanban boards for maintaining the project tasks
• Create critical test data by teaming up with different teams. Communicate discrepancies in testing w.r.t requirements and monitoring until its resolution
• Identify and evaluate risks related to requirements during implementation to reduce lead time while ensuring satisfactory fulfilment of requirements
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and troubleshoot the issue and work towards its closure.
• Be involved in onshore and offshore co-ordination. Responsible for the execution management of a team.
• Coach the team members technically to ensure over all technical expertise of team enhances.
• Work allocation to the team members and daily status updates on work progress.
• Facilitate cross-team communications, risk/issue management, and release activities.
• Review team reports, bugs on regular basis, perform RCA on End-user bugs and provide regular feedback towards improvement of Quality of Bugs & Test cases.
• Preparation of documents such as QA Release Report, Test Execution Summary, Bug Incident Report and ROBO. Participate in Go/No-Go calls for the production releases.
