Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality C# and SQL code that’s optimized for performance and scalability. • Provide day-to-day dev team leadership and mentorship in product evolution design, implementation, and maintenance, practicing clean code including security and compliance. • Own the technical quality of all output from the team. • Drive refinement sessions by asking the important questions and steering the team away from the inconsequential. • Help in the technical grooming of the tickets together with the Product Owner, QA and Architects. • Notice when team members are stuck and proactively offers guidance to get unstuck and provides learning. • Direct software coding, software analysis, code analysis, requirements analysis, code review, identification of code metrics, system risk analysis, software reliability analysis. • Contribute regularly and meaningfully to platform improvements in the form of driving refactoring and keeping our stack current and driving the next generation of technology that will keep our platform meaningful. • Someone who doesn't wait for work, is proactive in making sure that self and team are being productive and working on the most important thing at the time - searching out the most important work for the team when and if necessary.
