Performance Lead

Responsibilities

• ValueLabs, Inc. in Duluth, GA is seeking a Performance Lead
• Travel to unanticipated client sites as assigned
• Participate in different phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) like Planning, Analysis, Design, Development, Testing and Deployment
• Participate in business requirements meetings with initiative leads, product owners, and subject matter experts to come up with high level business requirements.
• Translate complex business requirements to user stories in TFS/ADO (Azure DevOps) tool for the efficient design to technical and non-technical teams to enhance and scale up the existing and new products.
• Discuss the shortcoming/limitation/extendibility of the system to provide clear understanding of system capabilities to the business users
• Deliver functional and automation test cases for Test, Stage, Production, and related components as specified in the design, functional and non-functional requirements, within, time and quality standards
• Develop test cases in test management tools like ADO (Azure DevOps) for Smoke testing, System testing, Functionality testing, End to End testing, Integration testing, Regression testing, UI testing and Mobile application testing
• Automate the existing Manual flows and completely deliver a pipeline for end-to-end automation of the existing flows using tools and languages like AccelQ, Selenium, Java, Rest Assured, TestNG, BDD, Cucumber, Jenkins (CI/CD), and Ready API Tool
• Set up the test environment with appropriate code base before test execution. Responsible for test data creation and manipulation using SQL queries in DB
• Conduct test execution of Web, API and Mobile applications on the developed manual and automation suite
• Validate test results to meet the business requirements. Defect reporting and track them to closure
• Prepare QA sign off reports and test metrics. Design a single multi model Maven project for UI and Rest Assured frameworks to leverage API framework utilities in the UI Framework using Java, Selenium, TestNG, BDD, Cucumber and Jenkins.
• Develop flow-based Rest Assured Java and Ready API frameworks to log request and response of the API calls.
• Execute both manual and automation test execution as part of smoke testing, functional testing, system integration testing, End to End Testing and User acceptance testing. Program in Java using Selenium framework features (Web Drivers, Selectors) for middle-tier, backend microservices and restful web service automation strategies in both on premise and Cloud environment (AWS).
