Servicenow Reporting,Performance Analytics
Responsibilities• Good Understanding of ITIL processes and working experience in Performance Analytics, ServiceNow scripting • Responsible for creating and updating a variety of management reports including daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports and dashboards in ServiceNow • Responsible for analyzing data from multiple sources, producing management level charts, graphs and reports, presenting the findings in business language across multiple internal teams • Ability to develop ServiceNow dashboards and has knowledge on Java scripts and ServiceNow administration • Experienced with Service Management (SLA’s, Service Level Management and Service Reporting) • Have worked on Basic ServiceNow modules and has good experience in Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Self Service, Survey and SLA Management Modules • Exposure to other modules in ServiceNow such as Asset
Requirements• Good Understanding of ITIL processes and working knowledge on ServiceNow reporting • Good working knowledge on office application tools such as Power Point, Excel, Word, and Visio) • ServiceNow Performance Analytics • Have worked on Basic ServiceNow modules and has good experience in Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Self Service, Survey and SLA Management Modules • ITIL Foundation Certified. • Experience in creation operational reports by understanding the requirements.
