Senior Systems Engineer
Responsibilities• Develop operational standards and guidelines and implement Change / Release Management processes that achieve sustainable performance improvements for the organization including improved time of recovery • Schedules and participates in CAB (Change Advisory Board) Meetings. • Responsible for the overall communication and coordination of the release with BPO, IT Application Lead or delegate, IT Database Services, Testing, IT Configuration Mgt, ITGOM and Corporate Communications and IT QA teams • Work closely at all levels in the organization to create a collaborative team approach and methodology for the quick adoption and greatest utilization of the Change Management process for the organization. • Work closely with all stake holders to Identify the impact, benefit, priority, and level of risk for Requests for Changes.
Requirements• Proficient in verbal and written skills. •. Successful coordination of Releases. • Work closely with varying business units, engineering/development, various IT Support and Operations teams for the planning, coordination, communication, and implementation of software releases. • Good understanding on how releases and changes handled in an organization. •.Experience in handling request management. • Excellent knowledge on servicenow.
