Service Desk Engineer (Windows System Admin)

We are looking for Service Desk engineer / Windows System Admin

  • Experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2016 or higher
  • Hands-on on managing and monitoring infra components like Hypervisor, VMS with Windows OS etc
  • Exposure on WAF and Firewall
  • IIS administration with .net application configuration
  • Patching activities using WSUS or any other automation
  • Experience with troubleshooting including looking at IIS logs, Event Viewer, SQL logs and using tools to troubleshooting such as Fiddler, Wireshark
  • Practical knowledge of PowerShell scripting
  • Knowledge of networking basics, common protocols (HTTP, TLS/SSL, TCP/IP, UDP, ICMP, DNS, SSH, OSI layers)
