We are looking for a servicenow developer
Configuring, administering and scripting the ServiceNow ITSM tool.
• Working closely with our customers to provide solutions and develop the software to fit those needs.
• Configuration/customization of the ServiceNow system, including creating workflows.
• Building service requests from customer requirements including requests, request items and tasks using workflows to manage data flows from the customer to the support teams providing the service
• Implementations of ServiceNow Workflow design
• Ability to recognize potential and actual issues, needs and opportunities for improvement in the implementation of ITSM technologies and service management practices
• Managing Data Feeds and Loading data in ServiceNow
• Working on user management/ groups/ roles
• Managing TASK SLA’s in regard to scrubbing breach/reassignment of breached cases. Should have knowledge on basic client scripting
Experience in Migration (Data Sources etc.)
Knowledge of service portal / CSM
Experience in Integration Web Service tools (SOAP, Rest)
Experience in AngularJS (good to have)
Experience in working with Catalog items, Order Guides and Record producers (Development, UAT, and Production) and using Update Set for moving changes from one instance to other
Experience in working with Service Requests creation, Order guides & Workflow
