Technical Manager

Responsibilities

• ValueLabs, Inc. in Duluth, GA is seeking a Technical Manager. Expected to manage teams to build machine learning based image recognition product that utilizes Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) to fully automate and providing seamless integration with collision repair ecosystems. Improving accuracy and precision of the deep learning algorithm built using Convolutional Neural Network (CNNs). Preparing and reviewing technical design documents, end-to-end business process workflows, and providing feedback to development team. Implementing continuous process improvements by making data driven decisions. Perform cost-benefit analysis and make pricing decisions. Reviewing data trends and metrics, and presenting insights, and findings to leadership. Expected to utilize the following tools/technologies: Machine learning frameworks such as Tensorflow, Keras and Pytorch; Scikit-learn; Jupyter Notebook; Python programming; Tableau; R Studio; REST APIs; Google Cloud Platform and Amazon Web Services; Regression analysis, Principal Component Analysis, deep neural networks such as Convolutional and Recurrent Neural Networks; Decision trees, logistic regression, Bayesian analysis; Deep learning model optimization concepts and methodologies such as Stochastic Gradient Descent, Mini-Batch Gradient descent, Backpropagation algorithm and Ensemble methods; Feature Engineering, Transfer learning, Reinforcement learning; Classification methodologies such as Naive Bayes, k-nearest neighbor, and Support Vector Machines; Microsoft project Plan (MPP), Atlassian JIRA, Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS).
