She has been instrumental in bringing a dynamic change within the design practice at the organization by focusing on 'design thinking' principles. She is responsible for enhancing the overall experience of products and services crafted at ValueLabs while keeping ‘human’ at the center. She has won many accolades for her work and has been part of many international fellowships.
Kadambari holds a Master’s degree in New Media Design from National Institute of Design.
