Our client, a major US airline, serves millions of customers around the world. While some were loyal, the airline’s engagement platform required constant development and lacked personalization.
When they approached us, we identified that their processes needed to evolve from a reactive model to a proactive one. We implemented AiDE® UX, our in-house AI assistant, to simplify loyalty program registration and transform customer engagement. This intuitive, AI-led shift moved the platform from a purely transactional model to one that was engaging, supportive, and personalized. Our solution set a new standard for customer experience in the travel industry.
