ValueLabs has been assessed at Level 5 of the CMMI Institute’s Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI). The assessment was carried out last month by the ‘Institute for Software Process Improvement’. ValueLabs is now among the very few organizations in India to have been appraised at level 5 for version 1.3 of CMMI practices.
This assessment for ValueLabs means that the organization is performing at an “optimizing” level. At this level, an organization continually improves its processes based on a quantitative understanding of its business objectives and performance needs. The organization uses a quantitative approach to understand the variations inherent in the process and the causes of process outcomes.
