ValueLabs, a leading global technology company, was ranked 7th in the list of ‘Dream Companies to Work for in India 2018’ at the recently concluded World HRD Congress, organized in association with Times Ascent.
ValueLabs was declared as a ‘Dream Companies to Work for in IT and Software sector’ and also won awards in four categories, including ‘Managing Health at Work’, ‘Innovative HR Practices’, ‘Talent Management’, and ‘Fun at Work’. This is the first time the company has participated in these awards.
The World HRD Congress Awards recognize the efforts of organizations that have demonstrated excellence through their innovative programs, showing clear and measurable business results to drive organizational excellence. This year, the awards received over 1,700 nominations across various categories. After a rigorous screening process, the winners were announced by a panel of eminent jury members, including industry experts and thought leaders.
