The company’s employees can now wear casuals and jeans on all working days, instead of just Fridays. This is the latest in a series of moves by ValueLabs CEO Arjun Rao, to connect better with employees and improve the Fun Index.
In an email sent to all employees regarding this development, Arjun said, “You can now wear jeans and casual clothes on all working days, instead of just Fridays. Many of you have been asking for this. This is my way of letting all of you know that we are listening.”
“It gives employees the flexibility to choose what they want to wear on a particular day. Dressing is a means for personal expression. Through this decision, the organization has given us not just the freedom to wear what is appropriate but also placed more responsibility on us as individuals,” said another.
