Hyderabad, India, April 19, 2016: ValueLabs, a global leader in enterprise consulting and system integration services, will promote its solutions targeting customer intelligence management and contextual marketing at the upcoming Monetizing Big Data in Telecoms World Summit 2016. The Summit will be held in Singapore between April 21 and 22, 2016.
The company plans to highlight its advances in the Big Data and Analytics space for the telecommunications industry. The key solution on display will be its proprietary Real-Time Contextual Marketing Platform (RTCM), which helps Communications Service Providers (CSPs) leverage real-time data mining capabilities to anticipate customer behavior and proffer appropriate solutions.
Built on open standards, RTCM captures real-time data from customer interactions and builds business intelligence with the help of predictive analytics. CSPs can use this intelligence to map their customer journeys and deliver value-added services. This, in turn, enables better churn management, upselling, cross selling and customer engagement.
The Big Data-driven telecom analytics market is expected to grow at a CAGR of nearly 49% between 2015 and 2020, and account for $7.6 billion in annual revenue by the end of the period, according to a Research and Markets report. The telecom APIs market is expected to account for $167.5 billion in global revenues worldwide by 2020, growing at a CAGR of 26% between 2015 and 2020. The overall ‘Data as a Service’ or DaaS market is expected to reach $271.9 billion globally by 2020.
“CSPs are transforming themselves from providing connectivity to being core marketing platforms that monetize customer data. Big Data and Analytics will play a critical role in this transition. The challenge here is to build capabilities that allow CSPs to mine vast sets of data in real time. We are trying to address this need by developing appropriate solutions. At this year’s Summit, we expect to see a convergence of ideas on how our solutions could be better leveraged to meet the specific needs of the telecom industry,” Ram Manjeri, Senior Vice President – Sales and Marketing, ValueLabs, said in a statement.
ValueLabs will host customers, partners and visitors for discussions in the exhibit area of the Summit (Table #3). The company’s leaders will deliberate on opportunities related to contextual marketing for telecom players.
