The event featured three speakers from ValueLabs; Ranga Phani – SVP Digital Consulting, Veda Reddy – AVP Consulting & Akshay Ivatury – Head of the Automation Practice.
The session began with Phani addressing the changing priorities of businesses and the evolving digital landscape, as the world transitions into the New Normal 2.0, followed by Veda who introduced how Chatbots have become a necessity for both customer support and internal business processes. The session thereon was driven by Akshay, who spoke at length about the amalgamation of Design, Automation, and Analytics with Chatbots, and how creating and deploying a dynamic and scalable Chatbot delivers huge value to any organization.
