We created highly visual and interactive reporting dashboards using Tableau to illustrate the current state of sales KPIs after redesigning the existing data layer to satisfy these needs. We also created pixel-perfect reports for offline distribution to the sales representatives in addition to the dashboards.
The sales cycle can now be followed by our client’s executives and sales managers in almost real-time, with data accurate to within 15 minutes. Meanwhile, sales professionals are equipped with the most recent data, enabling them to concentrate on the best chances and take the appropriate steps to reach their goals.
As our client grew, producing statutory and management reports across all the group companies became more complex. We identified an opportunity to build a data warehouse to consolidate details from across the group for more accessible data analytics and reporting services.
With further growth on the horizon, the data warehouse needed to be highly scalable, which we built on AWS cloud infrastructure using Snowflake as the database platform and Jitterbit to integrate data from multiple platforms. We developed an Extract, Transform, and Load flow from ten different source systems, including Sage, Salesforce, and the client’s service delivery platform.
